The Worcester Art Museum was packed with people who wanted to speak about the Creative Economy Plan and strategy for funding of cutural programs accross the state. Clearly there's an energy and a force that will be gaining momentum now that those underserved creative programs and groups of artistic types have a model to latch onto. As well as hard core numbers which suggest that 16 billions dallars flow through this economy from all sorts of creative endevours.
